Mr. David Wilkie, Chairperson
Dave Wilkie is a member of the PYCO Board of Directors and is the Co-Chair. Dave spent 18 years in Law Enforcement with the FBI and the Eugene Police Department. He attended St. John's Military Academy in High School (Wisconsin) and graduated from the University of Oregon. He currently is a Real Estate Broker with Barnhart Associates in Eugene. Dave is a strong advocate of the program and believes it will enrich many young adult lives in the future.

Mr. Gary Olson
Mr. Olson graduated from South Eugene High School in 1960. He served as a Sgt. in the USAF nuclear electronics Hound-dog missile/ B-52 bomber for 7 years. He later became a Eugene Police dept officer and detective for 11 years. He currently is a contractor and employee of Hershner Hunter law firm 29 years and a superintendent of three large buildings in Eugene as a vocation. His avocation is being on the board of directors for PYCO since 2002 and the Chairman for the last 9 years. He has numerous hobbies to include rock cutting.
Mr. Philip Bronner Mr. Bronner is a member of the PYCO Board of Directors. He is retired after 26 years of Law Enforcement and 10 years Public Safety careers. He served in the U.S. Army on active and reserve duty in both Non-commissioned and Commissioned capacities and was medically retired after 13 years of honorable service. He is an avid philatelist and edits the local stamp club's newsletter. He and his wife Judy Ann enjoy camping and hiking. |
Mr. Kenneth Howard CSM, U.S Army (retired) Mr. Howard has over seven years of Army active duty, and over 26 years of service in the Army Reserves for a total of 33 years of service, and traveled throughout the world in his assignments. He has combat tours in Desert Storm 1991, Iraqi freedom 2006-2007, and 2009-2010. He has a B.A. in forestry, and worked for over 30 years as a custom cabinetmaker. He is a past president of the Cascade Lions club and in his second term as Commander of Post 293 VFW in Eugene. He is an avid golfer and antique refinisher. He has been married to Lindy Moore for 12 years and has two children and one granddaughter. He is a believer in preparing our youth for the future. |
Ms. Kathy Galick Ms. Galick was born in Pennsylvania and moved to Oregon in 1968. She is the widow of a former EPD officer and together they raised 6 children. She has over 17 years in property management experience, including the low rent programs and commercial property. Her hobbies are reading, cooking, traveling, and golf. |
